The day at work is always starting with Good Morning smile on the face of me & my colleagues. The informal working style and culture with formal workplace can offer a freedom of work. Working under pressure can really stop the brain from thinking. The limited workload with a lot of pressure can give a feeling of quite high workload conversely the freedom with limited pressure can make a lot of work quite easier. The management of the work / projects is important in the way of priority. No one can do many things at a time. Hence, work / projects shall be managed with available resources in a way that, the person who is working shall not feel stresses and manager also can achieve his / her timeline. This work - behaviour nature is important also for co-workers which go on both the sides. Hence, with helping each other and educating others from learning with learning from others from their experience can really make the organization / work / project successful. The hardest part of the work is always having a lot of work with limited resources and short time plan. In this situation the possibility of making mistakes, overspending of money & time can really be worse for the project organization. But, even with lots of challenges, pressures, compromises when someone achieves the success brings the most enjoyable part of the job.
