Great people and lot of opportunites for overtime, diverse range of responsibilities and duties. Always been treated with respectfully, never as a replaceable resource.
Being able to buy cheaply some of the products
Hard physical work
i worked this summer fort three months, first time i was working for one week in the operative, packing,it was a difficult work, with a lot of stress. In butchery it is more easy, but it is cold, and wet,isn t a easy work ,if you are begginer ,you will have a difficult life with the managers. For example ,me like a butcher i was working in every day in different places in this factory, this fact it is very difficult ,and like a worker you haven't a constance . It is a lot of rassism in this factory.
I only worked there for a few days as I absolutely hated it there I constantly felt uncomfortable and like I was being continuously watched and never really got a chance to actually get stuck in with the work as the person I was with kept interfering and taking over I wouldn't recommend working there

good friendly place to work, I have learned how to work with meats and raw food, management was very friendly, work place was a very nice place to work, hardest part of the job was to really get over the language barrier witch most of my trainers wasn't English, most enjoyable part was to work as a team and to see at the end of the shift that we managed to beat the target set
2x 30 min breaks
