- junges Personal - kompetitives Umfeld - Unternehmenskultur stark von der US-amerikanischen Muttergesellschaft geprägt - Weiterbildung wird nur intern gefördert - bedenkliches Gefälle in der Qualität der Manager
I enjoyed working there, but it is pretty much learn as you go. There is no formal training. They have too many clients and not enough project managers. I was overwhelmed by my workload and upper management says they will do something about it, but they never will.
Very stressful where team work is not a priority. No one want to take responsibility for ownership when things go wrong. Company Culture is not positive or fulfilling. Of course all corporations are concerns with making profits but it can be very difficult to make profits when workers are overworked, underpaid, not fairly compensated or provided accolades.
A very crucial role within the industry. Really enjoyable and challenging day most days. Hard work but highly rewarding. All responsibilities are undertaken to a high standard as SOPs, GMP and other guidelines need to be completely adhered to at all times.
Very high workload
A typical day at work entails lots of maintenance checks and lots of data entry with the odd machine assembly. The training is limited and there are lots of quiet periods. The workplace culture is very friendly and is one of the main perks to the job, is the people you work with.
This was a good role as I was involved with the shipping of client’s products and worked heavily with the dispatch team in the warehouse. We had a good relations ship and grew to understand each other in terms of what was required to ensure high quality shipments were dispatched. The culture was straight forward within the company and especially the area that I worked in as the dispatch team would be very clear on what was good and what was not. The hardest part of the role was time-management as I was often expected to support the dispatch team and also complete any investigations that occurred during shipments of various products to various destinations globally. The most enjoyable part was working with the dispatch team, as we had a very good relationship and understood each other in terms of what was practical

Managing the expectations of the clients
Some very good people and managers there but overall culture has a lot to be desired and overall morale is low in many areas. Long hours QA Director runs the show and is very negative. Many good people have left because she is impossible to work for and she casts a negative shadow on the whole operation. Company has a good mission and is doing a great service for healthcare industry.
some upper managers out of touch, QA Director very negative.
You will learn to operate across a highly diverse workforce The culture bred in the company is often negative. People often feel mismanaged under and consider there to be a lack of thorough training.
Training is poor
