Classic Sweat Shop: Bad management, losing accounts, unable to add new accounts, bad existing contracts. Everything moving offshore.

1. a typical day at work - Micro management, and stressful.

2. what you learned - Nothing, you will know what you came with.

3. management - Micro Management, and Clueless.

4. workplace culture - Stressful for No reason, Heavy handed,

5. the hardest part of the job - Dealing with management, Managers, Directors, VP's

6. the most enjoyable part of the job - Pay Day, that's it.

Great place to work yo get your foot in the door but terrible place to progress.
The management were picked from a toybox. The management skills are awful and there is a lack of respect from them.

its not about how hard you work but who they like and keep on.

Information is wrong and outdated. Training process is pointless as you learn nothing downstairs. Don't expect much from this company

Things are not on the up. It us not the place it used to be. It is loosing a lot of contracts which is adding stresses and pressure. Wages do not rise.

Excellent for contract work. Regular contracts. Enjoyed the travel and work was demanding but achievable. Supervisor was done to earth and was matter of fact and direct which I appreciated. Solution oriented. If you go the extra mile it is noticed.

This is a company that ever so often to remain relevant. They reinvent the wheel and press the reset button. Their senior management has no clear direction on how to staff the organization. Especially in the Caribbean office. They will make staff redundant only to reemploy the same staff a few months later. They need to press the reset button on senior management and hire senior managers who know what they are doing.

Rubbish place,i dont recommend.Full of politics.No career growth.
Higher level management people dont have proper knowledge.Good place for managers as they dont have much work,simply relaxing and often making onsite trips in the name of work.

Working at Fujitsu was excellent, I would definitely recommend applying for jobs there. It was fast-paced at most times but also relaxing at others, the team was great, always collaborative and friendly.

My position was on the Fujitsu consulting services side of the company. On client service delivery they have a large number of great teams. The biggest issue was on trying to break into new markets. They think their size is what will get them to win, when there really is no strategy what makes Fujitsu unique to get into that new market.

If you get on with one of the service teams, you will have a great experience. It won't be ground breaking work, but it will be constant work.


If you are looking visionary or entrepreneurial type work, your experience will be more challenging, since Fujitsu's focus is revenue from client services first.

The chairs are broken, there was inappropriate harassment and racial harassment at Fujitsu and they lost the MoD contract. HR break the law also. They flaunt the rules and fire you for anything and the job is boring and repetitive.

The SVP of Wireless & Services here, Greg Manganello, is one of the most inspired and inspiring leaders I ever worked under. He has kept the business moving ahead when by all indications, it would otherwise folded. He is driven to continually advance the business while understanding that it happens through the talent and commitment of its people. And the people are fantastic, too -- hard-working and caring. The thing that prompted me to leave is that there are not that many opportunities for advancement, given the structure is very lean and heavy tech (I'm "technical-lite"). But it's still a great place for anyone who wants empowerment and a sense of contribution.

Dysfuntional ELT trying to solve problems that do not exist. Work life balance is good and good co workers. Promotions do not come with a pay rise, expected to do more senior roles with no TRP increase. Lot of disengaged staff.

I had good career advancement over the 29 years I was there, helped me gain valuable skills.

I always worked in customer facing roles, where the value you gained was directly linked to value you crate for your end customer in their business.

A company obviously in real decline with low morale, regular redundancies and no clear direction or plan to rebuild itself. It felt like standing on the deck of the titanic with no clear plan of getting new business other than trying to reduce the rot of existing clients that were leaving the company. Problem is that they offer nothin new that the clients cannot already do themselves or get another 3rd party can do for less cost.

Managers are just for the scrap heap don't bother working at FUJITSU unless your a glutton for punishment, toilet breaks are monitored, terrible culture terrible leadership terrible everything you can imagine..........

Worked in DNS area, worked with some good people, interesting type of work. Customer facing involving travel to customer site.
Some niggles with internal reporting which wasn’t rationalised so spent a large part of the week repeating the same messages.
