Management has a hard time filling out paperwork on time. If you don't work on actual products your chances of being promoted are slim. Otherwise, it is a friendly and nice place to work with good food.

Assisted Customers with GPS products to resolve issues and update. Garmin provides ongoing training with new and existing products. Workplace is clean, and managed efficiently. Management is fair. Hardest part of this job is striving to keep customers happy. The most enjoyable part of the job is when you resolve an issue for a customer and they are satisfied.

I worked as a customer service Rep. Job duties are easy. Not a phycial job. Co workers are a treat to work with, got along with everyone. Got to talk to some interesting people. Some fun to talk to. Others not so much. Customers can be difficult to talk to.

As a Product Support Specialist I have the opportunity to assist customers with their Garmin Automotive products. I answer questions about purchasing GPS products and assist customers with the purchase of GPS units and accessories. I answer questions about how to use the products that have been purchased. And, I assist customers with any service, or repair, needs that they may have with their GPS products.
