Challenging and stressful, but fun

Very stressful at times due to the busy nature of the store and sometimes this was seen as tension between staff and management. Nevertheless, this is what you get yourself into when you work at the most famous fast fashion retailer and although it is stressful, it is also fun and I felt very proud to work there. The salary was great and there was employee discount. Job security was great for me as I was hired on a part time contract, 8-12 hours a week yet would be asked to sign on for more weekly hours, accumulating to 25-30 hours per week because the store is so busy. This being said, because I was only on a part time contract I felt bad saying no to the extra hours and sometimes felt as I could not enjoy my summer holiday. Great job anyway!
