The Customer Service & Logistics team at Novonesis plays a key role in connecting our customers with products that help improve food, health , and sustainability worldwide. From order receipt to shipment and invoicing, we complete the Order-to-Invoice process while working closely with customers, distributors, warehouse operations, and transport partners across the globe.

The role & your impact
As Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating customer orders and logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products globally. You will act as a key point of contact between customers, warehouse operations, transport providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of customer deliveries while balancing service, compliance, and operational excellence.

Solving daily operational challenges and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues will be an important part of your success in this role.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Receive and validate customer orders.
• Coordinate internal order handling in SAP according to established procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with both internal and external customers.
• Prepare export documentation.
• Book transportation with preferred freight forwarders.
• Complete order processing and prepare invoicing.
Participate in logistics-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will need to be successful
To succeed in this role, we expect that you:

• Have experience within customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or international trade.
• Are proficient in SAP and comfortable working with ERP systems.
• Communicate fluently in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Have a strong customer service mindset.
• Work in a structured and organized manner, even during busy periods.
Are a collaborative team player who contributes positively to the work environment.

Additional skills & interests we value
While not required, the following would be an advantage:

• Experience with export documentation and international shipping.
• Knowledge of global transportation processes and customs requirements.
• Experience participating in cross-functional projects.
A continuous improvement mindset and interest in optimizing processes.

Ways of working
This position is based at our production and distribution facilities in Avedøre and involves close collaboration with warehouse operations, freight forwarders, customers, and internal stakeholders.
