Then you might be the service-minded on-call assistant we're looking for to join the breakfast team at Wakeup Copenhagen, Bernstorffsgade.

Our hotel is centrally located in Copenhagen, on the corner of Kalvebod Brygge. Designed by renowned architect Kim Utzon and opened in 2018, the hotel is known for its minimalist style and high-quality experience. The restaurant and kitchen are located on the 10th floor with a stunning panoramic view of the city.

To be considered for this position, applicants must be legally eligible to work in Denmark and, where applicable, hold a valid residence and work permit throughout their employment. Compliance with all relevant immigration and employment regulations is a prerequisite for employment.

A good morning starts with more than just breakfast

It starts with a friendly welcome and a great atmosphere. As part of our team, your main job is to ensure guests feel at home the moment they walk into the restaurant.

This is an on-call position (as a stand-in), with typical working hours from 05:30 to 12:00 on weekdays and 06:00 to 12:30 on weekends.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and refilling the breakfast buffet
• Welcoming and assisting guests in the restaurant
• Clearing and cleaning tables
• Preparing bread, vegetables, and fruit in the kitchen
• Dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
• Ensuring the restaurant is always tidy and inviting

What we’re looking for:

We value your personality above your background. Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not a requirement. What matters most is that you enjoy helping others have a good experience.

We imagine you are someone who:

• Is welcoming and guest-oriented
• Can work both weekdays and weekends
• Is at least 18 years old
• Shows trustworthiness and brings an uplifting spirit
• Does well in a lively setting with multiple tasks
