Hija de Sanchez is the taqueria-arm of Sanchez – a group of contemporary Mexican restaurants concepts run by Rosio Sanchez. We’re looking for organised and diligent people with an interest in Mexican food to join our prep team.

You will be…

… Working in a small team making batch recipes to our exacting standards

… Preparing orders for the locations on a daily basis

... working a mixture of shifts throughout the day and evening

… Maintaining the kitchen and making cleaning your new religion!

… Ensuring a world-class level of quality

… The first and arguably most important link in a long chain to our guest

… Attending weekend staff drinks and staff parties (arguably one of the most important tasks)
