- The total compensation package also includes special savings/fritvalg (10%), pension (11%), as well as any applicable shift allowances and other relevant pay elements in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for Cafeterias, Quick-Food Outlets in Supermarkets, etc., concluded between Dansk Erhverv Arbejdsgiver and 3F Private Service, Hotel and Restaurant.
