FULL TIME SALES ADVISOR AT BY MALENE BIRGER COPENHAGEN

By Malene Birger is currently seeking a full-time Sales Advisor to join our Retail Team at our

Shop-in-Shop in Magasin – Kongens Nytorv.

The Position

As a trusted Full-time Sales Advisor ad By Malene Birger, you are bound to provide an exceptionally high level of

luxury service to all guests and clients visiting our brand, while striving to grow client data base to ensure loyalty

and retention. You drive sales and client loyalty through refined product knowledge and cater to our polished

selling ceremony to deliver a profitable sales performance.

You always act as a vital Ambassador for the brand and go forward as an example.

Being proactive by heart you adapt to the daily challenges by doing the utmost to achieve targets, with the client’s

best interest at heart.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Proactively develop authentic relationships with new and existing clients through private appointments

and boutique walk-ins.

  • Master product ranges and fashion styling to deliver bespoke recommendations, withing all categories.
  • Execute Brand signature selling ceremony consistently and provide constructive feedback to Store

Manager/Management to ensure relevant and seasonal appropriate ceremonies.

  • Thoughtful fitting, cross category presentation and elegant packaging/presentation.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly/annual sales targets; drive progressive Average Order Value and Units

Per Order performance, through expert upselling and cross-category selling.

  • Staying up to date on newest collections, selling initiatives, training standards and visual merchandising to

ensure best practice and impeccable client experiences

  • Master the art of clienteling; manage CRM records, arrange private appointments, track client purchase

history, client preferences, follow-ups and gifting notes.

  • Support impeccable visual merchandising standards, window and floor styling, and seasonal launches.
  • Mentor new & part-time colleagues during shifts; contribute to a positive team culture and provide

constructive feedback to ensure Brand standards are always met.

  • Participate in store Meetings, brand Trainings and in Store events
  • Ensure end-of-day reporting to Store Manager according to standards

Skillset and Attributes

Professional Skills

  • +2 years of working experience, preferably withing luxury or premium retail
  • Customer centric and reliable
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficient with POS, CRM and inventory systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours weekends/evenings
  • Comfortable with being measured on KPI targets
  • Ability to follow guidelines
